La haute qualité du Vinaigre Balsamique Traditionnel de Modène . L'odeur est intense, le goût est aigre avec des nuances de fleurs sauvages, d'herbe et de moutarde. Le Saporoso est obtenu à partir du jus de raisin Lambrusco Grasparossa et de raisin Trebbiano Modenese.
