Le Vinaigre Balsamique de Modène IGP Gold IGP Malpighi est obtenu à partir de moût de raisin cuit produit par la famille Malpighi et de vinaigre de vin vieilli longuement en fûts de chêne français.

Il a une haute densité et une saveur aigre-douce avec des nuances fruitées ainsi qu'un parfum intense.


Un produit 100% fabriqué en Italie dont le cycle de production est entièrement pris en charge par la société Malpighi. Toutes les phases de production, depuis la culture du raisin jusqu'au produit final, sont contrôlées par Ermes Malpighi, la quatrième génération de la famille et Maître Dégustateur AED.
