Les Ferratelles sont le dessert le plus typique des Abruzzes à base d'œufs, de sucre et de farine, préparés à la main avec le fer classique qui les écrase et les cuit, beaucoup les préparent encore à la maison. Elles sont également connues sous le nom de « Pizzelle » ou « Néole » ou encore « Cancellate » selon la région où elles sont produites. Il s'agit d'un dessert simple préparé à partir d'ingrédients authentiques. La Ferratelle ou la Pizzelle, si vous préférez, accompagnent parfaitement un petit-déjeuner sain sans huile de palme. Ils s'accordent parfaitement avec les pâtes à tartiner et les confitures.

If you want to treat yourself and your family on a cold winter day, this is a perfect sweet treat. It's soft, light and smells delicious like Abruzzo in winter. You'll never go back to the store-bought stuff again!

One of the most unique and delicious foods I've tried. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone that's looking for a dessert that's not too sweet, but has a great crunchy texture and is perfect with jams or spreads.

Simply amazing. We had FERRATELLE 'WAFFLES' FROM ABRUZZO - DOLCE AVEJA for breakfast this morning and it was amazing. I had a few with some jam that we picked up in Italy. The waffles were crispy.
