The millefiori honey is collected in the summer months in our Po Valley and contains an innumerable amount of flowers that bloom simultaneously (mint, clover, solidago, acacia, meliloto...). In fact, they define millefiori those honeys that cannot be classified as monofloral as they are the result of the union of several concomitant blooms. For this reason, millefiori honey is the honey that best expresses the richness and typicality of a territory, summed up by the bees in a splendid harmony of color and flavor. As honey is great for sweet and delicious in the morning milk. Due to its rather heterogeneous characteristics it goes well with all kinds of cheeses.
