The fresh taste of the south. The unique taste of our Gazzosa comes from afar, in time and distance. The recipe we use is the original one from the 1950s and the lemons used are Sfusati, cultivated for over 300 years on the terraces of the Amalfi Coast, famous for their juicy flesh and semi-sweet taste.
The intensity is emphasized by the presence of fizz that harmonizes and refines the memory of orange blossom and lemon peel.
Particularly balanced and full-bodied, the long aftertaste is accompanied by a delicate acidity that dissolves into a sweet note.
An intense lemon aroma, lasting and delicate.
Drunk on its own it is an excellent thirst quencher but, it can easily accompany a dish of raw fish or shellfish.
Serve in a round-bottomed glass, without ice, with a few mint leaves or a licorice stick.
