Fenarolo Cheese Affined in Hay is an aged cheese, typically produced with cow and/or sheep milk and left to refine in natural hay.

This maturation process gives the cheese a distinctive amber colour, aroma and taste, similar to that of a hay meadow. Its intense herbal notes, combined with its excellent flavour, make it a great accompaniment to a robust red wine.

This cheese contains no additives, as it is made with pasteurized organic milk, lactic ferments, salt and rennet.

Perfect for eating alone, Fenarolo Cheese Affined in Hay can also be grated and enjoyed with salads, chocolate, nuts and vegetables, elevating any recipe or dish.

Minimum maturation 12 months.
