Our esteemed patisserie has been in operation for more than 4 decades in Lessina, Verona. Founded by the Leso brothers in the sixties, our business has been driven by their enthusiasm for producing homemade pastries in the pristine and natural atmosphere of Lessinia. We have kept alive our traditional recipes that are passed down through generations of family tales and stories. This includes our oldest cake 'Sabbiosa' as well as the Russo and Rose cakes, all of which are made with the same passion today as they were made many years ago. In the 1970s, we started producing our much-loved soft Plums Cakes and since then have been using the best available technologies to provide both quality and cost-effectiveness. Even today, our pastry chefs like to surprise with new, healthy and quality recipe, an aspect which the company intends to continue, together with the choice of remaining and producing in Lessinia, where the environment is preserved and the air is pure. Perhaps this is the secret ingredient of this good mountain patisserie.
