For four decades our pastisserie in Lessina, Verona has been crafting delectable treats in-house. Our company was born from the Leso brothers' love of pastries, located in the dreamy landscape of the Lessinia Nature Park. For generations, the Leso brothers have been preparing classic pastries using recipes shared through family lore. This is how they crafted the oldest known cake, the Sabbiosa, and added the Russa cake and Rose cake to their menu. Even today, these cakes are made with the same care and attention to detail as they were in the past. In the 1970s, the company incorporated softly baked Plumcakes into its production, pairing artisanal expertise with the most advanced production methods for outstanding quality and competitiveness.
